Shohidul Islam, London: The Chattogram Festival UK 2026 took place on November 1 at Mayfair Venue in Romford, according to a report submitted by a local correspondent. The event sought to celebrate Chattogram’s history and culture and strengthen ties among members of the expatriate community.
The correspondent reported musical performances, poetry, dance and a fashion presentation, along with recognition of community members for their contributions. An earlier September 23 report on the organisers’ press briefing independently confirms that the festival was scheduled for November 1 at the Romford venue.
Some names and political titles in the submitted account could not be independently verified and have therefore been omitted. Details of attendance and the programme are attributed to the correspondent.
